An initial session is 90 minutes. We begin with a consultation, offering you an opportunity to talk about what you need, ask questions, and collaborate on a treatment plan. We’ll get you comfortable on the table and do a guided meditation together, followed by the 50-60 minute Reiki session. We wrap up with a debriefing. Energy Exchange: $103

Follow-up Sessions are 60 minutes long. We continue our discussion from our previous time together, focusing on what’s working and where additional support is required. We will start with a guided meditation together followed by the 40-50 minute Reiki session. Energy Exchange: $ 79

We will meet online, and the session will be conducted with you seated or laying down comfortably in your own space. Other than being apart, the session will be the same as and just as powerful as the in-person sessions. Energy Exchange: $79-103

Our little and/or not so little fur babies can greatly benefit from Reiki healing. This session can be performed from a distance or in-person. We will discuss a plan that will be best for your pet’s comfort, depending on their need and personality type. These sessions are usually 30 minutes long. Energy Exchange: $39

I am on my own healing journey and am always open to experiencing other healing modalities and trading sessions.

Reiki is for everyone, and I would like to offer, once a month, 40 minute Reiki sessions.
